Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please let us know and we will find a solution!
2. Returns & Refunds
Reeds
Every reed box is sealed by us before dispatch. While that seal is intact you can return the box within 14 days of delivery under the statutory right of withdrawal.
Once the seal has been opened, reeds can no longer be returned or exchanged for reasons of health protection and hygiene (§ 11 (1) no. 5 FAGG). This applies whether or not the reeds have been played.
Please use the strength chart on each product page before ordering, and get in touch if you are unsure which strength to choose — we would rather help you pick the right one than have you order twice.
Accessories
Ligatures, reed trimmers, cases and all other non-reed accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the statutory right of withdrawal, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
The item must be complete and in a condition that reflects no more handling than you would have been able to give it in a shop. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of your proof of postage, whichever comes first. You pay the cost of returning the item. No restocking fees apply.
Anything that arrives damaged or faulty
This is separate from returns and applies to reeds too. If any part of your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, get in touch as soon as you notice it at

and we will replace it or refund you. Telling us early helps us sort it out quickly, but it is a request and not a deadline: your statutory warranty rights run for two years and are not shortened by anything above.
