1. Delivery & Shipping
All orders are shipped with either Post Austria or GLS
We offer free shipping:
For orders over €79 within Austria.
For orders over €129 within European Union countries.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please let us know and we will find a solution!
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition and the original seal is intact.
Refunds are processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees apply.
We also accept exchanges for eligible products.
Important: As clarinet reeds are hygiene-sensitive products, items can only be returned if the original packaging seal remains intact and undamaged. This policy is in accordance with EU hygiene regulations.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
